Our Activity Centre is warm, welcoming and friendly space. We provide a safe haven for children of all ages and abilities to learn gymnastics, trampolining and most importantly have fun. Our teams focus is not only on developing gymnastics skills but enhancing real life development in children of all ages and abilities. Our key focus is encourage a love of physical activity for life and enhance young minds to become more confident, resourceful, resilient and independent.

Nicola Lewis

Founder and Managing & Coaching Director

Hi I’m Nicola, I’ve been coaching here for over 24 years now and I’m experienced in coaching all ages from tiny tots to our highest level gymnasts. I’m also a judge and coach education provider. Outside of Neath Afan, my passion is skiing. I love to take the opportunity to ski whenever I can.

Samantha Pascoe

General Manager

Hi I’m Sam, I have been with Neath Afan for 10 years, beginning my journey as admin officer, I am now General Manager. I ensure the business ticks over happily on a day to day basis. Outside of the gym I love to play netball.

Beth Carslake

Competitive Coaching Manager

Hi I’m Beth, I have been coaching at Neath Afan for over 14 years. I am currently coaching our competitive gymnasts, who are super awesome! When I’m outside of the gym, I love to watch Disney movies.

Samantha Moon, Customer Service Team Leader

Hi I’m Sam, I am Neath Afan’s Customer service Team Leader. I have been with the team for 4 years. I began as one the customer service team and now I have progressed into team leader ensuring our members receive gold star service.

I have two delightful daughters that keep me very busy outside of gym.
