Neath-Afan is an award winning, inclusive, forward thinking and exciting employer, offering part time and full time posts in coaching and administration at two venues in Neath and at external satellite centres, community venues and schools via our ‘Gym in a Van’ community program.

We deliver superb apprenticeships for those that wish to learn a new career with ‘on the job’ training running in parallel with external academic courses.

We provide 12 to 16 year olds with the opportunity to become a student in Neath-Afan’s Young Persons Coaching Academy, with the aim of providing life experience and potential employment, if desired, once qualified.

We also employ customer service team members encouraging them to provide gold star service to our members.

Coaching trainees and apprentices are trained in house via CELTs coach education courses.

Already qualified coaches are supported to further their knowledge and experience through a variety of methods including UKCC coach courses.

We employ recreational gymnastic, trampolining, freestyle and pre-school coaches and competition level gymnastic coaches for our Women’s and Men’s competitive programs.

Neath-Afan’s core values are to provide top class, fun, exciting and challenging gymnastic, trampolining and freestyle classes for our young members whilst teaching them life skills along the way and to deliver gold star customer service for our grownup members.
